STL2020…Securing the Bright Future for St. Louise de Marillac School
Early in 2011, parent, teachers and administrators of our School embarked upon a significant strategic planning effort, STL2020, to define the future of St. Louise de Marillac School with teams across three critical dimensions of Academic Strength, Catholic Formation and Financial Strength.
· Our Academic Strength team focused on aspects of academic and extracurricular life in an effort to create more productive learning environment where students are expected to achieve high academic standards anchored on the essential skills needed to succeed and thrive in High School.
· The Catholic Formation team focused on strengthening the faith formation of our school graduates by developing boys and girls who have the ability and the comfort to demonstrate the conviction of their Catholic faith.
· Our Financial Strength team focused on solidifying our school’s financial future to better support the needs of our families, students and our parish.
Based on the work done to date, our priorities for the next 3-5 years have been set and we are beginning to share this picture of the future. Starting in January 2012, we will begin to focus on the high-priority, near-term efforts of each pillar. We welcome your support and/or involvement as we continue our STL2020 path forward for Saint Louise de Marillac School.
