The mission of MATHCOUNTS is to inspire excellence, confidence and curiosity in the U.S. middle school students through fun and challenging math programs.
The St. Louise de Marillac MATHCOUNTS Club is open to any 7th or 8th grade student. Using a variety of tools, students explore the wide-world of math. Expect hands-on activities, fun math videos, challenging word problems and so much more! The students work individually and cooperatively to prepare for a local competition in February. The club meets every Thursday at 7:30 AM in room 102.
